About Pragmagilism

The idea for Pragmagilism came about when a new leader joined a team I was adjacent to and they described themselves as pragmatic, in reference to being rigid and formulaic.  That made me think that maybe pragmatism can be cloak and dagger but discussing it would be interesting.  

Our mission is to provide our listeners with engaging and thought-provoking content related to pragmatism in business and how to be on the right side of the pragmatic/dogmatic coin.  

Our team is me bur I will have experts on from time to time to talk through their issues or solutions to business problems that highlight the difference between dogmatism and pragmatism.
